2. Description of Service

Pecunia is an online automotive marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles and auto parts. Our platform facilitates transactions but does not directly sell, buy, or guarantee the quality of items listed.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Listing and Transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before making a purchase. Pecunia acts as a facilitator and is not a party to transactions between users.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be processed through our approved payment methods. Pecunia may charge service fees as disclosed on the platform. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment processes
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Pecunia provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
