1. Vehicle Shipping

Pecunia partners with certified vehicle transport companies to ensure safe delivery of your purchased vehicles. Shipping arrangements are made after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic delivery: 7-14 business days
  • Regional (East Africa): 14-21 business days
  • International: 30-60 business days

Timeframes may vary based on customs clearance, port schedules, and destination accessibility.

2. Auto Parts Shipping

Auto parts are shipped via trusted courier services:

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Same-day delivery: Available in select cities

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Vehicle type and dimensions
  • Origin and destination
  • Shipping method (roll-on/roll-off or container)
  • Insurance requirements

Final shipping costs are provided in your quotation before purchase confirmation.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your vehicle or parts have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can monitor your shipment's progress through your account dashboard or our dedicated tracking page.

5. Import Duties & Taxes

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the vehicle price or shipping cost. We recommend consulting with local customs authorities before purchase.

6. Insurance

All vehicle shipments include basic transit insurance. Additional comprehensive coverage is available for purchase. We strongly recommend full coverage for high-value vehicles.

7. Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your vehicle or parts thoroughly before signing the delivery confirmation. Document any damage or discrepancies immediately and notify our support team within 48 hours.
